Join Us for Victims’ Rights Week Proclamation Ceremony and Open House at Monarch Justice Center
We warmly invite our community to join us on Thursday, April 23, 2026, for a special afternoon at the Monarch Justice Center. The Napa County District Attorney’s Office will hold a Victims’ Rights Week Proclamation Ceremony at 4:00 PM, recognizing the importance of standing with survivors and honoring victims’ rights in Napa County.
As part of the afternoon, Monarch Justice Center will also host an Open House from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This is a meaningful opportunity to visit the Center, learn more about the coordinated, victim-centered services available to survivors, and meet the on-site Partners whose expertise, compassion, and commitment make this work possible every day. Monarch serves as the roof that brings these services together, but it is our Partners—the agencies and professionals within our walls—who provide the vital support that helps survivors find safety, healing, and hope.
